As a former senior executive at the FBI, Selton’s leadership is informed by his distinguished roles in the private sector and federal government. Notably, his tenure as a Deputy Director of Intelligence in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and as an FBI Special Agent in Charge showcases his unwavering dedication to national security and counterterrorism.
As CEO, Phil leverages his experience leading private-sector organizations to drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML and cybersecurity with intelligence, fostering continual advancements in Lockdown Experts’ security and training solutions. This strategic fusion significantly strengthens the company’s ability to deter active shooter threats, solidifying its position as an industry trailblazer in proactive security measures against gun violence incidents. Phil is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., with a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and National Security Studies.

Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America.
